Design

This wallpaper features Japanese singer Ryuichi Ogata, whom my friend is a very large fan of. She asked me to make a wallpaper for her and I obliged. I used some very high resolution scans she did from a fashion magazine to design this. Right away I knew I wanted his name across the middle, with one on each side. So I matched the opposite name's beginning letter on each side. I also put his name in kanji in the background faintly. It took forever to get the actual scans to blend in with the background though and I had to work for quite some time to get the blending to look perfect. I believe I spent a few days on that.

The top wallpaper is designed for a double monitor screen and the resolution is 2560x1024. I think my favorite one is the bottom left which I actually use on my laptop.
